Increase Testosterone
There are many different things we can do to increase testosterone levels, but of the many ways, only two will prove to be highly effective. Of course, if you don't understand the testosterone hormone you may not have a desire to increase it, but we're going to show you why this desire may need to change. We'll also show you how to increase testosterone through the food you eat among other remedies, but most importantly, we'll show you how to increase testosterone levels through more direct methods; again, there are truly only two.
Why Increase Testosterone?
Testosterone is one of the most important hormones our body produces; in-fact, it plays a role on our physical, mental and sexual well-being. When levels are low, each area the hormone is responsible for will suffer, and conversely, when our levels are in an adequate range we thrive. Of course, when we increase testosterone levels beyond the median range, we thrive even more, as each area (especially the physical) begins to truly shine.
In-order to understand why you might want to increase testosterone levels, we only need to look at the effects of low levels of this primary androgen. This can be extremely valuable to understand, as millions upon millions of men in the U.S. alone suffer from testosterone deficiencies. As levels fall, several adverse symptoms can begin to manifest, and as they remain low the symptoms will only get worse. In many cases, the individual may only suffer from two or three of the symptoms, but as time goes by, if left ignored we can guarantee the symptoms will begin to mount. Men who suffer from low levels, once they increase their testosterone levels will see each area, each symptom improved upon, and as levels continually climb each area will only improve all the more. The symptoms of low levels include:
- Erectile Dysfunction (difficulty or inability to get an erection)
- Suppressed Libido (no desire for sex)
- Increases in Body-Fat (especially in the abdomen and lower back)
- Loss of Lean Mass (muscle tissue disappears)
- Loss of Strength (speaks for itself)
- Lack of Focus & Clarity of Thought (testosterone plays a vital role regarding the function of the brain)
- Immune Deficiency (men with low levels have weaker immune systems)
- Lethargy (low testosterone zaps energy levels)
- Increased Rate of Stress (several studies have indicated low levels make it far more difficult to deal with stress related issues)
- Loss of Memory (Alzheimer's has been linked)
- Depression (see focus & clarity above)
Again, if we increase testosterone levels, we will see these areas improved upon. If we increase testosterone levels beyond our normal average range, we will see them improved upon greatly. As you can see, there are compelling reasons and plenty of them to increase total testosterone.
Increase Testosterone Indirectly:
By consuming specific foods, we can increase our natural testosterone levels; these will generally be fat-based foods. Lean cuts of red meat, nuts and legumes, whole eggs, peanut butter and salmon have all been shown to increase testosterone levels. While these foods will provide an increase, even with diets that are largely built around this menu it won't be a large increase. Beyond specific foods, ensuring you get plenty of sleep each and every night can do quite a bit for your total levels; in-fact, this will prove to be more beneficial than any indirect method. When we rest, this is when the body rejuvenates, and this is when the hormone begins to peak; when we wake in the morning this is when our levels are at their highest. If we fail to receive adequate rest, we will fail to reach this peak and introduce a stressful atmosphere to the body; as such, testosterone levels fall.
Increase Testosterone Directly:
There are two efficient ways to increase testosterone directly; through exogenous testosterone therapy, or through a total testosterone recovery system such as Testerone. Exogenous testosterone speaks for itself as it is simply providing your body testosterone from an outside source thereby increasing your total levels. Then we have Testerone, an over the counter steroid that will promote the production of natural testosterone quite substantially. In any case, to enjoy the benefits of increased levels as discussed above, you will need exogenous testosterone (any form will work) or Testerone; these are your choices and truly the only ways to increase testosterone levels significantly.
